Terms of Service

1. Who we are

“Gym Bro”, “we”, “us” refers to the operator of the website gym-bro.org and the application available at app.gym-bro.org, established in Delaware, United States of America. You can reach us at okhmat.anton@gmail.com.

2. What the service is

Gym Bro is a software product that uses artificial intelligence to interview you about a training goal, propose a training method and timeline, generate a training program, record your workouts and recalculate the program based on what you log. Where your goal involves bodyweight, it may also propose nutrition options.

The service is provided as software. It does not include supervision by a human coach, and no part of it constitutes medical, physiotherapeutic or dietetic treatment.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your training history, current numbers and any restrictions or injuries.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it.

4. Health and safety

This is the most important section on this page.

• Consult a physician before starting any new training or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have not trained recently.
• Programs generated by Gym Bro are based only on what you tell it. Incomplete or inaccurate answers produce inappropriate programs.
• Stop immediately and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or any symptom that concerns you.
• Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury. You accept that risk and train at your own responsibility.

5. Free trial, subscription and payment

• New accounts receive a free trial of ten (10) days with full access to the service.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at USD 20 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Where you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by that store under its own rules.
• Prices may change. We will tell existing subscribers before any change applies to them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or the programs it generates as your own product;
• attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the underlying models, prompts or code;
• use the service to build a competing product;
• upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to share;
• interfere with, overload or probe the security of the service.

7. Artificial intelligence and its limits

Parts of the service are produced by large language models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Treat programs, projections and answers as informed suggestions to apply with judgement, not as instructions that must be followed. You remain responsible for what you do in the gym.

8. Your content

Your training data, logs and messages remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them in order to operate the service for you — including sending relevant parts to our AI provider to generate programs and answers. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Availability

The service is offered “as is” and “as available”. It is an early-stage product: features change, maintenance happens, and outages are possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific result — a weight, a bodyweight, a date — will be achieved.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gym Bro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data or training progress. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to registered users by e-mail or in the application before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the service as a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections granted by the law of your place of residence.
