AI strength coach · web & mobile
Pick the
number.
Go get it.
Bench 100 kg. Ten strict pull-ups. Eight kilos down without losing strength. Gym Bro interviews you, picks the method, sets a date it can defend — and rebuilds the program every time you log a session.

The problem
Most programs die in week three.
01
Written for nobody
A PDF split doesn't know your working weights, your schedule, or the shoulder that clicks on every incline press.
02
No progression
Same weights, same reps, month after month. Effort without a direction is just cardio with a barbell.
03
No feedback loop
You slept badly, missed a session, added four kilos — and nothing in the plan reacts to any of it.
How it works
Five steps. No spreadsheets.
Name the goal
One sentence with a number in it. That's the whole setup.
Take the interview
10–25 questions, each one built from your last answer. Drop in two or three recent workouts and it starts from your real weights instead of a cautious guess.
Method & deadline
Three methods and three dates — aggressive, realistic, relaxed. The recommended one is marked and explained in a paragraph, not a shrug.
Two-week program
Planned day by day, on the days you actually train. Exercise, sets, reps, weight.
Log & recalculate
Talk your session in; the tail of the program is rewritten from what really happened on the bench.
Features
Built for the gym floor.
Voice logging
“Bench 85 for 5, third rep grinded.” Parsed into a structured set-by-set log, between sets, without typing.
History & rollback
Nothing is overwritten. Every version of every program is archived, and any of them comes back in one tap, re-tuned to today's numbers.
Honest dates
Name your own deadline and get a straight answer on whether it holds — and exactly what would have to change for it to.
Nutrition on demand
If the goal touches bodyweight, you get day-by-day meals built around the shops you actually walk into.
Coach in your pocket
“Knee hurts today, what do I swap?” — answered at 21:40 in the gym by the same AI that wrote the plan.
Progress you can see
Working weights, volume and the distance left to your number — on one screen, not buried in a chart nobody opens.
The method
Three ways up. One picked for you.
The AI marks what fits your level and goal and explains why in plain language. You can override it whenever you want.
Beginner
Linear
The same lifts every week with a small jump in weight. Stall twice, drop ten percent and run it back up.
Intermediate
Pyramid cycles
Three- to four-week cycles: light high-rep sets climbing to one heavy top set. Intensity up, volume down, then a deload.
Advanced
Wave
Heavy, light and medium days inside the week. 70/80/90% waves with AMRAP sets to measure where you really are.
Pricing
One plan. Ten days free.
No tiers, no upsells, no credits to top up. Less than one session with a personal trainer — and it remembers exactly what you lifted last Tuesday.

Questions
The short answers.
Do I need to know how to build a program?
No. That is the part the coach does. You bring a goal, the days you can train and — if you have them — two or three recent workouts. Everything after that is the AI's job.
What if I miss a week?
Say so in the chat. The program is recalculated from where you actually are, not from where the plan assumed you would be. Missing sessions changes the date, not the goal.
Is this a replacement for a doctor or a physio?
No. Gym Bro is a training tool, not medical advice. If something hurts, see a professional — and tell the coach about the restriction so it can plan around it.
What does it cost after the trial?
$20 per month. The trial runs ten days and you can cancel inside it without being charged.
